We are looking for a customer‑focused, highly presentable individual who is engaging and proud to be of service to join our growing team. Applicants for this role will have a passion for people and the highest integrity in providing a high standard of customer service within a premium commercial property. The concierge role can be at times demanding and fast‑paced, requiring excellent time management and diplomatic problem‑solving skills. The position is the primary point of contact for clients and tenants. To be successful, you will be able to resolve service requests and enquiries to a premium standard, engaging with your client and tenants while remaining professional and focused on the highest standards of personal conduct. Primary Responsibilities Ensure area is always presented to a premium standard at all times Identify risks and implement corrective action to eliminate risks Provide directions and general building information Handle inquiries via phone, email and or in person Achieve performance targets via the delivery of cost‑effective services Ensure all services are executed and delivered as per contract agreement Ensure all services are correctly recorded and monitored Manage bookings for meeting rooms and lockers Be available to work current roster Monday – Friday 0500‑1500 hours Qualifications and Requirements Minimum 2 years experience Exceptional standards of presentation and grooming Flexibility and adaptability Current First Aid certificate Current Security Licence Full working rights in Australia This particular role will be paid as per the Security Industry Award Level 3.
