Position Overview Churches of Christ Queensland is currently seeking four Personal Care Workers (Permanent & Casual) for our Little Mountain Aged Care Service in the Sunshine Coast. The role involves supporting residents with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, feeding, mobility assistance, and participation in in‑center social activities for our 96‑bed residential home. Key Responsibilities Provide high‑quality personal care, including physical and emotional support, mobility assistance, help with daily living activities, meals and clinical care needs. Maintain dignity, privacy and confidentiality of residents, their representatives and staff. Support a comfortable, safe and secure environment for residents. Assist with food handling, meal preparation, serving and related general cleaning. About You Are you passionate about delivering high‑quality aged care services to your community? Essential Qualifications Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Aged Care) or Certificate 3 in Aged Care or Certificate IV in Ageing Support. A current Police Check, or willingness to obtain one. Valid Australian work rights (no sponsorship available). You will closely align with our organisational values of Integrity, Compassion, Excellence & Courage.
