Clinical Nurse Educator – Intensive Care Salary: ANF SRN1 $129,203 pro rataLocation: Murdoch Unit / Division – Fiona Stanley HospitalWork Type: Permanent – Part Time (Hours per fortnight) – Position No. Closing Date: 4:00 PM Description Identifies strategies to promote and embed a learning culture that supports positive patient outcomes and the delivery of a patient‑centred service. Works with the Unit Manager to develop and manage orientation and performance development programmes for nursing and midwifery staff within the unit. Determines personal and professional competencies essential to care delivery, oversees staff performance appraisals and development activities, and seeks guidance and supervision from the Nurse Director – Education.
