Overview Macarthur Real Estate Agency is looking for a motivated Real Estate Trainee Leasing Assistant to support our busy leasing and property management team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone keen to start a long‑term career in real estate, with structured training and support provided. Responsibilities Assisting with leasing enquiries via phone, email and walk‑ins Booking and coordinating open homes and private inspections Supporting inspections and following up enquiry feedback Processing tenancy applications (data entry, reference checks, file setup) Preparing lease documentation and tenant onboarding packs (under guidance) Managing keys, appointments and general leasing administration Updating listings and maintaining accurate records in our systems Providing friendly, professional service to tenants, landlords and applicants Qualifications Great customer service and communication skills (especially on the phone) Strong organisation, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn Able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Confident with computers and admin tasks Professional presentation and a positive attitude Current driver’s licence (preferred) and availability for some Saturday work NSW Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain – we can support you) Experience in admin/retail/hospitality is helpful but not essential Benefits Hands‑on training and mentoring from an experienced team A supportive workplace with clear development pathways Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities Apply now to start your real estate career with Macarthur Real Estate Agency.
