Disability Operations Manager

Pathhaven Disability Care is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our disability care services in East Maitland, NSW. As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our services, with a focus on delivering high-quality care to our clients. This full-time role is integral to the success of our organisation, and you will play a key part in our continued growth and development. What you'll be doing Manage and oversee all operational aspects of our disability care services, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service quality Liaise with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or issues Lead and motivate a team of dedicated care professionals, providing guidance and support as needed Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes of the organisation Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of our operations What we're looking for Significant experience (3+ years) in a similar operations management role within the disability care or healthcare industry Strong understanding of the regulatory framework and best practices in the disability care sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, families, and team members Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think strategically Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology to support operations Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as healthcare management or social work, is highly desirable What we offer At Pathhaven Disability Care, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and fulfilling work environment.
