Caregiver Role Join to apply for the Caregiver role at Regency Pacific Management . Location: Newcastle, WA. Responsibilities Follow the resident service plan including assistance, bathing, grooming, administering medication, and other activities of daily living (ADLs), noting changes in the resident condition. Communicate problems, concerns, and issues with resident apartments, buildings, and grounds with an appropriate team member. Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures. Comply with regulatory standards and OSHA guidelines, and incident reporting guidelines. Relate and communicate with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees. Support the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents. Qualifications Preferred candidates have six months of experience in senior caregiving; if new to healthcare, training will be provided. Exude a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe demeanor. Compose reports in English.
