About the Opportunity This role will see you responsible for the configuration, delivery and integration of the ERP system and lead the ERP Help Desk team in order to meet business requirements and the Group ICT strategic objectives. Responsibilities Lead the ERP Help Desk team to provide first- and second-line support for end users across ERP Supply Chain Modules Research, resolve and respond to complex ERP application and data issues Serve as the escalation point for complex ERP issues and coordinate with technical team and vendors for resolution. Help maintain the integrity / functionality of the system by implementing ERP patches and upgrades Research and advocate enhancements to the ERP system that support best practice Review the release notes for monthly updates and supervise the testing process. Assess business-initiated requests for enhancements and ensure best practice is applied when implementing changes Participate in ERP projects including application updates, business migrations, and the evaluation, configuration, design and deployment of new applications About You To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following attributes: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field. 3+ years of experience in ERP support roles. Strong understanding of ERP business processes across functional areas. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage support operations. Proficiency with ticketing systems, Jirapreferred. This position will attract a salary between $100,000 to $110,000 per annum, commensurate with your qualifications, experience and accomplishments.
