For more information on Special Measures plans, go to the OCPE website. Primary objective Coordinate the delivery of wellbeing initiatives aligned with the NTPFES Wellbeing Strategy 2023–2027. This role is responsible for managing key wellbeing projects, working with stakeholders across the agency, monitoring program effectiveness, conducting research and evaluation, and developing resources that support strategic objectives. The role also involves facilitating training and awareness activities, maintaining wellbeing content and communications, and providing informed input and recommendations to support a resilient and healthy workforce. Context statement The NTPFES Wellbeing Strategy 2023–2027 aims to protect, promote and support the physical and mental wellbeing of our people and foster a resilient, safe and high-performing workforce. This position contributes significantly to the operationalisation and continuous improvement of that strategy across the agency. Key duties and responsibilities Coordinate the implementation of strategic wellbeing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the NTPFES Wellbeing Strategy and broader organisational priorities. Provide informed input and recommendations to senior leadership and business units on wellbeing program development, integration, and impact. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing programs, using data and stakeholder feedback to drive evidence-based improvements. Undertake complex research and data analysis to identify trends, inform strategic planning, and support innovative program design. Create and refine resources, materials, and tools to enhance the efficacy of wellbeing programs. Plan, coordinate and facilitate workshops, training programmes and events that build capability and promote wellbeing culture. Serve as the central contact for wellbeing matters, providing guidance and responding to internal and external stakeholder enquiries. Develop and implement communication and engagement plans to promote wellbeing initiatives and encourage participation. Manage the wellbeing intranet and digital platforms, ensuring content is up to date, engaging, and aligned with strategic messaging. Prepare comprehensive reports, briefings and presentations for senior executives, using qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions. Identify emerging issues and opportunities, proactively recommending new initiatives or enhancements to improve workforce wellbeing. Selection criteria Essential Demonstrated experience in leading the planning, coordination and delivery of organisational wellbeing or change initiatives, with an ability to drive strategic alignment and measurable outcomes. Proven ability to analyse program effectiveness using data and stakeholder input to implement continuous improvement strategies. Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to design and deliver effective communication strategies and maintain online content for internal audiences. Demonstrated ability to independently prepare high-quality reports, briefings and presentations for executive audiences. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to build productive relationships across a diverse organisation and influence outcomes. Proven ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgement, manage competing priorities, and consistently demonstrate professionalism in line with NTPFES values. Desirable Relevant tertiary qualifications in business administration, project management or other relevant fields.
