ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a skilled Revit Drafter to join a key construction client and contribute to the design and documentation of construction projects. You will work closely with Designers and Project Managers to create accurate and detailed drawings using Revit, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES Produce detailed Revit drawings and documentation for numerous projects. Develop and maintain Revit models, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Coordinate with Engineers and Consultants to integrate design changes. Prepare construction documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and sections. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and specifications. Assist in resolving design-related issues and making necessary revisions. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Proficiency in Revit and Autodesk suite. Strong understanding of construction detailing and building codes. Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
