Revit Drafter – New Homes – CBD Fringe Join the Revit Drafter role at Development Careers . The office is positioned on the fringe of the CBD, close to public transport, and members often participate in community and charity events. This role will place you within the drafting team, where you will produce accurate and compliant drawings using Revit for investment‑style and owner‑occupied homes. You will work closely with estimating, sales, and construction teams to ensure clear communication and high efficiency. Responsibilities Produce high‑quality construction drawings in Revit for investment and owner‑occupied builds Ensure all plans comply with NCC, local council, and covenant requirements Collaborate with internal teams to review and update plans based on client selections and design changes Assist with tender documentation and contract sets Manage plan revisions efficiently and maintain version control Contribute to improving drafting systems and workflows by identifying opportunities to streamline processes Qualifications Experience using Revit in a residential drafting role (essential) Solid understanding of residential construction methods, codes, and design principles Previous experience working for a builder, developer, or building design firm Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files with accuracy Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and willingness to collaborate Please note: for all our roles, you must have full Australian work rights.
