What will you be doing? Your role will be to empower job seekers to achieve sustainable employment. You will achieve this by: Providing tailored guidance, coaching, job placement and ongoing support Understanding the unique employment needs of your clients Collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity You must be able to balance empathy, dignity, and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes. Who are you? Skills and experience we are looking for include: Experience in a similar role within Employment Services (highly advantageous) Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment (this will set you up for success) Experience working towards sales targets or KPIs Strong communication and interpersonal skills and adaptability (no two days are the same) Attention to detail and skills in administration and use of IT systems Prerequisites: A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory. Successful candidates must set up a MyGovID to access government data aligned to the role.
