The Opportunity
Are you ready to take the lead in shaping customer-centric solutions and driving operational excellence? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to intimately understand our customers' requirements, propose and implement enhancements for heightened efficiencies, and deliver timely and professional responses to customer inquiries. Your mission will be to secure the maximum market share of machine, parts, and service sales.
Reporting to the Area Manager – Western NSW, you will play a pivotal role in proactively forecasting planned maintenance for the assets at Moolarben Coal Mine. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at strategic thinking, and possess a passion for optimizing customer satisfaction, this is an exciting opportunity for you to make a significant impact.

Pay Structure:
Base + Bonus + Super + Fleet Vehicle
Key Responsibilities
Oversee onsite performance of the Moolarben Coal fleet and Komatsu mobile equipment, ensuring efficient servicing and quick turnaround during maintenance and machine down eventsGuide both Komatsu and non-Komatsu maintenance crews in servicing and repairing mobile equipment at Moolarben Coal MinePlan and coordinate Komatsu fleet overhauls at the site, collaborating with Moolarben Coal maintenance staff for optimal efficiencyConduct monthly Continuous Improvement meetings with Moolarben Coal to enhance operational processesEnsure achievement of Key Performance Indicators outlined in Maintenance and Repair ContractsIdentify opportunities for new and used equipment sales within the regionCollaborate with the Branch, Parts, Service, and HSE Manager on specific projects to achieve common goals

Your Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Trade qualified Diesel Fitter or tertiary qualification with supervisory experienceProficient in Komatsu equipment; preferred R&M Care knowledgeSkilled in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelEffective communicator with strong customer interaction abilitiesSelf-starting achiever capable of independently meeting goalsCustomer-focused professional committed to positive outcomes
