Job Description Thanks to our continued growth, the Dutton Automotive team is expanding, and we are on the lookout for a full-time Vehicle Buying Coordinator to join our team. This role is suitable for self-motivated individuals who have sales experience or simply the drive to learn something new. This full-time Monday to Friday role will see you proactively source and purchase vehicles on behalf of the business, driving strong results and profitability. You will enjoy more than just a rewarding role; our Port Melbourne location is a state-of-the-art facility with on-site parking and is just a short walk from great coffee shops and cafes. It’s a vibrant, supportive environment where you can do your best work (and keep your weekends to yourself). Key Responsibilities Include Assessing vehicles in collaboration with internal valuers. Accurately maintain and manage all contract documentation related to vehicle purchases. Daily update and manage CRM. Liaising with the internal logistics team. Qualifications Customer-focused with a talent for quickly building genuine rapport. Highly organised, able to manage your day independently while thriving in a team environment. Motivated by KPIs and enjoys working towards rewarding goals. Strong verbal communication, time management, and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented with a high commitment to success.
