The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting SAP IS-U solutions across Billing, Device Management, Customer Service, and FICA modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of utility business processes (electricity, gas, water) and hands‑on experience implementing the Meter-to-Cash (M2C) cycle in SAP IS-U. Key Responsibilities Analyse business requirements and design functional solutions within the SAP IS-U module. Configure and support SAP IS-U components including: Billing & Invoicing Device Management (DM) Customer Service (CS) FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) Conduct gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and work with technical teams (ABAP) on enhancements, user exits, and interfaces. Integrate IS-U with SAP FI/CO, CRM, and third‑party systems. Participate in all project phases: blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, go‑live, and post‑implementation support. Develop test plans, perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and manage change requests. Prepare end‑user documentation and conduct user training sessions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration (or equivalent). 7–10 years of SAP IS-U functional experience, including at least one end‑to‑end implementation. Strong knowledge of IS-U Billing, Device Management, Customer Service, and FICA processes. Understanding of utility business processes such as meter reading, billing, payments, dunning, and collections. Experience in functional specification writing and coordination with technical teams. Excellent analytical, communication, and client interaction skills.
