What You Will Be Doing The Marketplace Growth Partner drives the growth of the Kmart Marketplace by acquiring high-potential sellers and managing their success through strategic account development. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value sellers to ensure marketplace revenue and customer satisfaction through data-driven account management and seller journey support. This role executes the Kmart Marketplace strategy through targeted outreach, commercial negotiation, seller onboarding, and ongoing performance optimization. You will also: Drive GMV growth and improve contribution margin. Execute strategic category plans to expand assortment, increase brand density, and align pricing with customer expectations. Build strong seller relationships and support participation in promotional programs and loyalty initiatives. Use data insights to optimise seller performance and align with Kmart’s commercial goals.
