Visit our website: Job Description Schedule Baseline Management – Facilitate the establishment and maintenance of schedule baselines across workstreams. Schedule Updates – Import and manage contractor schedules using Primavera P6. Progress Analysis – Conduct monthly reviews of progress against planned activities and forecast dates and undertake Earned Value Management (EVM) to assess performance. Integrated Scheduling – Develop and maintain a unified programme schedule across multiple delivery streams. Schedule Alignment – Analyse and report on alignment between interfacing project schedules. Critical Path Reviews – Lead monthly reviews of the critical path and programme status with stakeholders. Schedule Risk Analysis – Undertake Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA). Qualifications Primavera P6 Expertise – Proficient in using P6 for schedule development and updates. Quantitative Risk Analysis – Experience in the application of Safran Risk (or similar) to undertake QSRA modelling and assessment. Infrastructure Experience – Background in infrastructure or capital project delivery for major transport projects. Schedule Integration – Skilled in aligning multiple contractor schedules into a cohesive programme. Critical Path Analysis – Strong understanding of schedule risk and critical path methodologies. Reporting Tools – Familiarity with PowerBI or similar tools for schedule reporting. Communication Skills – Able to clearly present schedule insights to technical and non‑technical audiences.
