In Australia we have a strong pipeline of construction projects to deliver to our major clients. We are seeking a P6 Planner to join our growing team based in Canberra. This is a national role, supporting our key projects and our services team. Key Responsibilities Create and manage detailed schedules for projects and operations. Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to gather updates and adjust plans. Monitor progress and flag potential delays or conflicts. Generate reports on milestones, resource use, and schedule performance. Support planning meetings with accurate, up-to-date scheduling data. Ensure compliance with internal policies and safety standards. What You Will Bring Experience in scheduling, planning, or coordination roles. Proven experience as a P6 Planner on large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and scheduling best practices. Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Primavera P6 - desirable). Experience producing daily progress reports, KPI updates, and schedule analysis. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work effectively when working with remote teams. Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or similar is preferred but not essential.
