Gain a Certificate of Participation and Recognition UTS SOUL Award Badge Hours: Utilize volunteer hours for university leadership programs Develop skills in event management, fundraising, marketing, and more Network with industry professionals, government leaders, and influencers Access high‑impact events and growth opportunities, including our Global Peacebuilders Ambassador Program Responsibilities Manage executives' calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents Conduct research and compile data for reports, presentations, and projects Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence Draft and send communications on behalf of the executive as needed Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives Track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks Coordinate with team members to ensure project goals are met Maintain and organize files, records, and documents Assist in the planning and coordination of organizational events, including fundraisers, conferences, and community outreach activities Manage event logistics and ensure all details are executed smoothly What We’re Looking For University students or professionals from diverse backgrounds seeking experience in community work, project management, social media, digital marketing, event management, business, legal & finance Individuals passionate about diversity, inclusion, and sustainability Strong communication and organizational skills with availability for major events How to Apply Submit your application on our website or email your CV to (email withheld).
