Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect Join ETE Group as a Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect / Principal Consultant to drive growth and lead the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O team on projects, consulting engagements, and pre‑sales support. The Role You will be responsible for expert‑level functional knowledge and support on how to integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions and customers’ IT infrastructure. You will also provide guidance on business decisions from a functional perspective on issues such as performance, scalability, reliability and security. Your Responsibilities Providing in‑depth functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and other Microsoft technologies Developing costed solution architectures for customers in pre‑sales, consulting, or project delivery roles Producing conceptual design documentation that adheres to Microsoft's best practices for implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Providing guidance on business decisions from a functional and technical perspective to business or technical stakeholders Taking ownership of and responsibility for the functional and technical delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O deployments and upgrades Skills & Experience Experience with latest versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Proven track record of delivering quality costed solution architecture and conceptual design Minimum of 10 years' commercial IT experience At least 2 years' experience leading project teams or delivery Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well in a team environment Project estimation in a commercial environment Outstanding decision‑making skills and the ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly Computer Science or Software Engineering qualifications desirable but not essential Location Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane based role with lots of WFH.
