Lead Solution Architect – Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations We are seeking a Lead Solution Architect specializing in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to lead the Technology Implementation team and drive continuous business transformation for our clients in Sydney, New South Wales. As a Senior Solution Architect, you will oversee the delivery of high‑quality solutions, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure the successful design, configuration, testing, and training of Dynamics 365 F&O. Responsibilities Lead client requirement workshops and compile documentation of application solutions. Oversee the design and implementation of business solution components and support specialists across technical disciplines. Configure Dynamics 365 F&O to match configuration workbooks and align with business processes. Demo the product and conduct user training sessions. Specify and document functional enhancements derived from client requirements. Create test scripts and execute configuration testing for functional enhancements. Collaborate with technical consultants to develop technical specifications. Identify, pursue, and close strategic business development opportunities while supporting existing projects. Qualifications Strong Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation experience. Expertise in Finance, Procurement, Inventory Management, Project Operations, and Warehouse Management modules. Experience in business process, functional, and data capability analysis and design. Presales experience and knowledge of sales processes (preferred). Guidance on integration strategy, data migration, security roles, and emerging Microsoft technologies (AI agents, demand planning, BPA, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). Experience with Common Data Service, Virtual Entities, Dynamics 365 CE, and Project Operations. Coaching and mentoring of team members. Knowledge of project implementation methodology; familiarity with JIRA (preferred). Understanding of Australian and New Zealand finance requirements. Relevant university degree (or industry‑recognised qualification); CA/CPA desirable. MS Dynamics 365 F&O certifications. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills.
