Occupational Therapist – Wagga Wagga Employment Type: Permanent, Part Time / Casual Options Considered Position Classification: Occupational Therapist – Level 1-2 Remuneration: $76,364 – $108,943 per annum, pro rata (+ super +17.5% leave loading where applicable) Hours per Week: up to 24 Requisition ID: REQ Location: Wagga Wagga About The Role MLHD is looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital. The position works in a multidisciplinary context and is supported by a team of Occupational Therapists and Allied Health Assistants within the department. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for delivering timely, efficient and evidence‑based occupational therapy interventions at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital. This role is involved with a range of clinical and administrative functions necessary for the delivery of occupational therapy services to patients. Occupational Therapy services are provided with a focus on occupation and client‑focused outcomes within a multidisciplinary team. The clinical caseload includes inpatients both in acute and sub‑acute wards and hand therapy outpatients. This position will rotate between acute and sub‑acute wards at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital.
