OFX has been a trusted innovator in global money movement for over 25 years. Purpose of your role The B2B segment is a core pillar of OFX’s growth strategy. We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Finance – B2B (APAC) to drive commercial insights, performance management, and strategic planning to accelerate revenue growth and profitability in this critical business line. The Senior Manager, Commercial Finance – B2B (APAC) will partner closely with the APAC Commercial and frontline team to drive financial performance, provide strategic insights, and support decision-making across the region. Providing financial analysis, insight, and strategic support to optimize growth opportunities, pricing, product performance and operational excellence within the B2B segment. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance – B2B, this role acts as the primary finance business partner for the APAC B2B team, ensuring alignment with global strategies while addressing local market dynamics. This role requires an individual with the ability to bring both commercial understanding and the ability to influence at all levels in both a local and global environments. You will have a completer‑finisher mindset, being the sort of individual who takes ownership of problems and delivers solutions. Responsibilities Serve as the lead finance partner for APAC Commercial leadership and frontline teams. Provide financial insight and recommendations to drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and commercial decision-making. Support partnership pricing, product economics, and marketing decisions. Monitor and enhance performance dashboards and KPIs to track revenue, margin, opportunities and growth initiatives. Partner with commercial team to set annual targets and ensure targets are set to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure consistency in financial approaches while accommodating local needs. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Lead the APAC B2B financial planning cycle – budgets, forecasts, and long‑term plans. Consolidate and challenge inputs from local teams to ensure accuracy and commercial rigor. Provide forward‑looking insights, scenario modelling, and financial projections to guide investment decisions including appropriate challenge. Prepare timely and insightful management reporting for regional commercial team and global stakeholders. Ensure timely and insightful management reporting on B2B performance to the CFO, CEO, and Board. Leadership & CollaborationAct as a key member of the global B2B finance community, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement. Influence and support cross‑functional collaboration to drive business growth. Strategic SupportPartner with commercial teams to evaluate growth opportunities, including partnerships and new solutions. Partner and collaborate with other finance leaders to deliver best business outcomes. Assess the financial impact of business initiatives, including developing and sharing business cases and provide recommendations to maximise value creation. Qualifications What you bring 7+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles, ideally within fintech, payments, or financial services. Strong track record in business partnering, ideally within fintech, payments, or financial services. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with the ability to connect financial outcomes to commercial drivers. Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and partnering with commercial teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive presence. CA / CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, global environment. Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and able to balance strategic and operational priorities.
