And we’re now looking for a Commercial Finance Manager who wants to support our finance transformation and drive business performance through strategic financial insights. About the Role As a key member of our finance team, the Commercial Finance Manager will play a critical role in supporting our finance process and system transformation, providing strategic financial insights, supporting commercial decision‑making, and driving business performance through robust financial planning, analysis and reporting. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to optimise financial operations and drive growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the user requirements design, configuration and implementation of financial modules for a new ERP Support the development and management of financial plans, budgets and forecasts Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support decision‑making Support the preparation of accurate and timely management reports, including developing business dashboards and presentations for board and investor relations Finance partnering with the commercial and operations team to support pricing strategies, gross margin optimisation, tracking of cost to serve and investment decisions Support financial due diligence for strategic partnerships Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems or related field Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CIMA is highly desirable Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills 5+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering roles Strong financial modelling and analytical skills Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in ERP implementation and support , with a focus on finance modules (desirable) Why Tetratherix?
