GWM is joining Midland City We are looking for a motivated, career-focused and hands‑on New Vehicles Sales Manager to lead the way. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a growing operation representing GWM , driving performance, customer satisfaction and dealership growth from day one. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will oversee all activities related to new vehicle sales while providing strong leadership and direction to your team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maximising profitability, and ensuring manufacturer and dealership targets are consistently achieved and exceeded. YOU: We’re looking for a leader who is: Entrepreneurial and highly professional, with a strong track record of achieving and surpassing targets Results‑driven with a passion for exceeding customer expectations An excellent communicator who can quickly establish rapport A confident mentor with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire a sales team A hands‑on leader who leads by example with enthusiasm and drive Fully licensed (WA Driver’s Licence & Motor Vehicle Sales Licence required) WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
