About the role Melville Mazda is seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our thriving dealership. As New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating our sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve ambitious sales targets. This full‑time position is based in Melville. What you’ll be doing Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals Recruit, train, and manage a high‑performing sales team Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members to continually improve sales performance Monitor and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement Foster a positive sales culture and ensure excellent customer service Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and lead generation Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies What we’re looking for 5+ years of proven sales management experience, preferably in the automotive industry Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in data analysis and using sales metrics to drive performance Thorough understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and market trends Passionate about providing exceptional customer service Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, or business management What we offer At Melville Mazda, we are committed to creating a rewarding and supportive work environment for our employees.
