Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) is seeking an innovative and dedicated Learning Leader to join our Learning and Teaching team in an ongoing, full-time capacity. As part of a dynamic team of Learning Leaders, this role is central to enhancing educational quality and improving student outcomes across our network of more than 50 schools. The Position Title: Learning Leader Classification: Education Officer (CEMEA 2022) FTE / Hours per week: 1 FTE / 38 hours Employment Status: Ongoing Location: Bendigo, Wangaratta or Tatura Potential start date: January 2026 Key Responsibilities: Lead the adoption and integration of Tier 1 and Tier 2 curricula, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices. Monitor and assess intervention effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to support student needs. Design and deliver professional development programs, fostering continuous learning and growth. Analyse student performance data to inform instructional decisions and drive strategic improvements. Work closely with school leaders and staff to ensure cohesive implementation and address challenges. Key Capabilities and Requirements: Master's degree in education or related field. Extensive experience in curriculum development, educational interventions, and data analysis. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills; deep commitment to Catholic Education values. Strong understanding of Catholic teachings and traditions.
