As we modernise our platforms and scale our digital capabilities, we’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend) to join our Transformation Engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to lead technical initiatives, mentor developers, and design innovative software solutions that make a real difference. You’ll work with cutting-edge Azure technologies, React.js, and .NET Core, collaborating across the organisation to deliver mission-critical applications. Why Join Teachers Health? Attractive leave benefits Hybrid working model (flex work/life balance) Subised private health insurance Discounts on our products and services Generous employee wellbeing program Easily accessible by public transport What you’ll do Lead a stream of work within the Transformation Engineering Team, making architectural decisions and guiding delivery Design, build, and deploy solutions across our Azure-based stack Implement intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces with React.js Work with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines to deliver secure, scalable applications Contribute to solution design and documentation (including UML modelling) Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver technically sound solutions Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering best practice and continual improvement Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high-quality standards What you’ll bring 7+ years of development experience (enterprise scale preferred), with 2+ years in Azure Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js Strong experience with Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, App Services, API Management) Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL Background with PostgreSQL (Informix experience is a plus) Strong design skills (UML) and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly Experience working in Agile teams with DevOps practices Familiarity with test automation frameworks (Karate, JMeter, UI-based testing) Ready to transform with us?
