Overview Are you passionate and committed to making a difference in the lives of older people? When you become an Anglicare Volunteer you are joining a team who brighten peoples lives every day. Responsibilities We seek volunteers who speak Spanish to visit with residents living in an aged care home. Our residents would enjoy sharing social time, conversation and connection with volunteers who share similar cultural backgrounds. Visits can be flexible across the week for 1-2 hours at a time. Volunteers will receive excellent support from our dedicated staff and should find your time volunteering personally rewarding as well. Our residents are incredible individuals with rich stories and life experiences that they often enjoy sharing during activity times. They are always eager to connect, as time spent with visitors brings joy and enriches their lives.
