QC Officer – Food Manufacturing Full-time Temporary position for 2 to 3 months $40 to $46 per hour Immediate Start Shift times will vary between 5am to 5pm, Monday to Friday Hands-on, fast-paced environment with a supportive QA / QC team About the Company Our client is a long-standing Australian food manufacturer known for producing high-quality, trusted products. The business operates a modern, fast-paced facility with multiple manufacturing lines. Quality, consistency, and innovation are central to its operations. About the Job As a QC Officer , your duties will include : Perform hourly quality checks on assigned production lines Conduct HACCP monitoring and record data accurately Complete routine sampling, testing, and measurement checks Document all QC results and immediately report non-conformances Verify line setup and perform pre-start and in-process checks Work closely with production staff to maintain consistent quality About You You’ll be successful in this role if you have : Hold a Bachelor of Food Science or equivalent qualification Experience working within a food manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and confidence in decision-making Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with production teams A proactive mindset and a commitment to food safety and quality How to Apply?
