About the Role SSP Australia are seeking Chefs to join our team at Canberra Airport on a Casual basis. You will be supported by a great leadership team and work collaboratively with a professional Head Chef and highly experienced culinary team. As an ideal candidate, you will be an experienced and professional team player with a can‑do attitude and a commitment towards achieving outstanding results. What skills and experience are we looking for? At least 3 years’ experience as a Chef working in a similar role Certificate IV or higher in Commercial Cookery (Essential) Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Essential) Someone passionate about training and upskilling kitchen staff Knowledge in WHS Compliance and strong understanding of food safety and practices A high standard of food preparation, presentation and service A passion for food and an eagerness to learn and develop culinary skills Excellent time management skills, strong communication skills and collaborative work mentality A lively personality and positive attitude Experienced in Cafe breakfast and All‑day menu or Asian wok Kitchen You will join a culture where everyone feels valued, working alongside the best in the business with a supportive leadership team and friendly colleagues.
