As an Airport Manager for Canberra, you’ll take the lead in delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused airport operations. This is not just a day-to-day management role, it’s an opportunity to shape the future of our operations. In this pivotal leadership position, you’ll oversee all aspects of airport operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards while delivering exceptional service. You’ll manage relationships with key stakeholders including airlines, ground handlers, and external suppliers and lead initiatives that improve performance across safety, financial, and customer metrics. Your ability to balance operational demands with long-term strategic priorities will be critical to success. To Be Successful, You’ll Have Experience leading airport or complex operations, with the ability to plan ahead and keep everything running smoothly. A background in managing change, supporting teams through new ways of working and building engagement along the way. Strong communication and relationship skills to work effectively with internal teams, airlines, ground handlers, and external partners. Confidence in making decisions and solving problems in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of safety and compliance requirements.
