We’re looking for a passionate Software Development Engineer in Test to help build our next-generation AI‑enabled experiences, used by enterprise customers across the globe. We’re looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test to help us deliver reliable, scalable, and high‑performance software through advanced automation, continuous integration, and intelligent testing practices. You’ll be part of the core engineering team developing and maintaining test frameworks across our web and mobile products, ensuring every release meets the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile applications Identify possible test cases from functional requirements and prepare for automation Integrate automated testing into the SDLC Collaborate with developers to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects early in the cycle Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality Ensure coverage for both functional and non‑functional testing (performance, regression, integration) Qualifications 3+ years of experience in engineering, automated testing, and QA Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Appium Experience in agile environments with strong communication and problem‑solving skills Right to work in Australia is required Preferred Qualifications Experience in SaaS and Payroll or Workforce Management platforms Hands‑on experience in test automation frameworks & tools Experience in testing Agentic AI processes and LLMs with front‑end developments What We Offer Competitive salary package (commensurate with experience) Flexible working arrangements – remote‑first with options for Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne collaboration hubs Opportunity to work on innovative mobile‑first AI products with a talented global team Support for professional development, R&D projects, and learning initiatives How to Apply Click ‘Apply’ on LinkedIn with your CV.
