Prestige Jayco Bendigo is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our high-performing service department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment, understands the caravan/RV or automotive industry, and enjoys taking ownership of service coordination and workflow. As the Senior Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and play a critical role in the smooth, efficient operation of the service department. About the Role As our Senior Service Advisor , you will be the primary customer liaison within the service department. You will manage complex service bookings, oversee the preparation and accuracy of repair orders, and provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams. In this senior-level support role, you will work closely with the Service Manager to help maintain smooth workshop operations, strong customer satisfaction, and high-quality documentation. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for all customer phone calls and enquiries regarding service and repair bookings. Interpret customer needs and accurately identify parts requirements during booking. Source and order parts promptly to support scheduled service and repair work. Liaise between the Service Manager and Workshop Supervisor to coordinate service and repair activities. Create, manage, and finalise Repair Orders , including warranty processing and invoicing. Process payments from customers and external parties for completed jobs. Work closely with the workshop team to ensure required parts are available for future repairs and warranty work . Manage check-ins and pick-ups of customer caravans for service bookings. Conduct timely follow-up calls with customers regarding repair progress and updates. Assist customers with hitching and unhitching their caravans when required. Action open repair orders based on direction from the Service & Warranty Manager. Provide back-up assistance with parts interpretation at the counter and over the phone. Deliver accurate technical information to customers and internal stakeholders. Perform occasional banking tasks for the parts department. Complete pre-delivery invoicing documentation accurately and on time. Skills & Experience Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a caravan or automotive service advisory role. Strong customer service and communication skills. Intermediate to advanced MS Office, CRM, and database competency. High attention to detail with strong accuracy in documentation. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Must have current Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
