As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our national warranty operations — and we’re looking for a proactive, detail‑driven Warranty Advisor to join our Head Office team. About the Role As a National Warranty Advisor, you’ll be the central point of contact for all warranty‑related enquiries across our dealership network. You’ll communicate with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure warranty claims are processed efficiently, accurately, and with an exceptional customer experience every time. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, confident, and enjoys a mix of administration, customer communication, and investigative problem‑solving. Previous warranty or service experience is an advantage — but if you have strong admin skills, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities Managing incoming warranty enquiries from customers and dealerships Processing warranty claims, documentation, approvals, and follow‑up actions Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers to coordinate parts, assessments, and outcomes Maintaining precise records, job notes, and system entries Providing timely updates to customers and internal departments Supporting the national after‑sales team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service What We’re Looking For Strong administration and organisational skills Excellent communication — written, verbal, and customer‑facing High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new software A positive, solutions‑focused attitude and willingness to help If you enjoy a busy, engaging role and thrive in a team that values professionalism, teamwork, and a friendly atmosphere, you’ll fit right in.
