We are seeking an experienced Warranty Clark to join our team at Alan Mance Motors in Footscray, Victoria. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective processing of all warranty claims and related processes across our automotive dealership. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the success of our growing business. What you'll be doing Process warranty claims according to manufaturer`s policies and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to manufacturers Liaise with customers, service technicians and manufacturers to investigate and resolve warranty-related issues Maintain detailed records and reporting on warranty claims, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements Collaborate with the service department to optimise warranty-related workflows and training Provide guidance and support to the sales team on warranty terms and conditions Stay up-to-date with changes in warranty policies and regulations within the automotive industry and the manufacturers What we're looking for Minimum 1 year of experience in a warranty/service advisor role within the automotive industry Strong understanding of warranty policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, technicians and manufacturers Proficient in data analysis and report generation to identify trends and drive process improvements Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills to investigate and resolve complex warranty-related issues What we offer At Alan Mance Motors, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and fulfilling work environment.
