As an experienced Drill Maintenance Supervisor , your communication and people management skills will ensure you are able to develop relationships with key stakeholders, adhere to statutory safety requirements and lead a maintenance team efficiently whilst limiting machine downtime. Requirements Relevant Australian Mechanical Trade Certificate – Certificate III of Engineering Mechanical or Certificate III of Mobile Plant Technology. Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Training (obtained or in the process of completing). Minimum 3 Years in a supervisory position (desirable). Strong communication and leadership style. Valid C class driver's licence (HR desirable). Able to pass a full medical including a lab drug & alcohol test. Able to provide a national police clearance (within 3 months). High Risk Work Licence (desirable). Working at Heights (desirable). Experience with AMT or similar Maintenance Management Systems. Responsibilities Leading a maintenance team. Providing technical support on a fleet of modern heavy mobile equipment. Building key stakeholder relationships with clients. Asset management and parts ordering. Maintenance planning and reporting.
