As a valued member of our Leadership Team, you will work alongside a supportive and enthusiastic hotel team dedicated to excellence across our diverse and vibrant venues. From the bold, innovative flavors at our Asian fusion restaurant, Paper Crane , to the lively and welcoming atmosphere at Rocco and the premium seafood and rum experiences at Calypso Club , you will play a pivotal role in inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service every single time. Your leadership will ensure our guests enjoy unforgettable dining moments that keep them coming back. In this role, you will lead, develop and motivate a large and diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and genuine hospitality. You will oversee daily operations, coach team members and champion our commitment to quality and service standards. Responsibilities will include: Lead daily Food and beverage operations with creativity and commercial acumen Motivate, train and grow a passionate team of hospitality professionals Curate memorable guest experiences that reflect the tropical lifestyle Drive profitability and ensure high service standards across all venues Champion sustainability and innovation in everything you do More About you: Are you an experienced Food and Beverage Leader who is ready to step into a career defining opportunity?
