Member Engagement Merchandising Manager | BCF Are you passionate about creating meaningful connections with our customers and turning great product stories into memorable member experiences? What You’ll Be Doing Bring our loyalty and personalisation strategy to life — shaping offers, rewards and personalised campaigns that inspire members and grow engagement. Collaborate across teams — partner with Merchandising, eCommerce, and Marketing to ensure our member communications and offers showcase the best of BCF’s range. Work with trade partners — co-create unique member rewards and communications that support BCF’s strategy of local relevance and build long-term loyalty. Drive commercial performance — leverage data and insights to optimise our Member Engagement owned channels including EDM’s, SMS and Digital Wallet driving sales, profit and visitation. Lead with impact — mentor team members, share knowledge, and champion new ways of working that support a high-performing, customer-first culture. What You’ll Bring Proven experience within merchandising or marketing, bringing creativity and commercial insight to drive campaigns and business growth. Critical Thinker, who shares their ideas and input, not just about the tasks. Solutions-orientated – things happen Our industry is tumultuous, so someone with grit to ride the wave & present solutions will thrive in this role. Proactive team player with excellent organisation and collaboration skills. Outstanding attention to detail, someone meticulous and cares about their work.
