This highly awarded Victorian Family Law Practice continues to expand, and is seeking to hire a senior-level Legal PA to join them where you will be providing all facets of practice support to a Partner and Senior Associate. In this role, you will liaise regularly with the practice's high-net-worth clients, manage complex file work, prepare and forrmat legal documents, coordinate diaries and manage deadlines, handle end of month billing for your fee earners, and keep matters moving smoothly in a busy, fast-paced practice. You will have autonomy in your day-to-day work, while still feeling supported by a team that works closely together and steps in for each other when workloads peak. This role is ideal for a Legal Assistant with at least 5 years’ experience specifically supporting Lawyers in Family Law who is confident juggling deadlines, highly organised and committed to delivering top-tier client service. Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with senior fee earners are essential.
