What You’ll Be Doing Work alongside a passionate team to deliver fresh, flavoursome dishes with consistency and flair. Keep cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of food presentation and hygiene. Stay organised and efficient through smart prep, planning, and communication. Support your teammates with positivity and professionalism — no job too big or small Contribute to stock management, cost control, and minimising waste. What We’re Looking For Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (completed). Experience in a busy restaurant, bistro, or hotel kitchen. A genuine love for great food and a hunger to learn and grow. Strong understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen procedures. Excellent time management and communication skills. High standards of presentation, cleanliness, and teamwork.
