As part of our Wealth Platform team, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients and advisers whilst continuing to deliver exceptional service across our Life and Investment products. As a Client Operations Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and advisers, providing prompt, accurate, and professional support. In this role, you will: Deliver exceptional service : respond to client and adviser queries across Life and Investment products via phone, email, and digital channels, with a focus on resolving issues at first contact. Process with precision : handle applications, withdrawals, switches, transfers, and account maintenance in line with agreed service standards. Stay informed : keep your knowledge up to date on product features, processes, compliance, and regulatory changes. Collaborate for success : work closely with colleagues across Operations, Product, Compliance, and Adviser Support to resolve complex matters and deliver a positive client experience. Drive improvements : identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Champion compliance : ensure all activities align with regulatory requirements and company policies, including AML/CTF, ASIC, and APRA standards. Be a team player : contribute to a supportive and collaborative culture, sharing knowledge and helping colleagues adapt through change.
