About You We’re looking for an exceptional Disability Support Worker with behaviour support experience to join our team in or around the Gympie area who are available for active overnight shifts (10 pm - 6 am) with the possibility to fill in for morning and afternoon shifts where needed. You are confident working with participants who have complex needs and behaviours, providing the supervision, care and guidance they require. You create and maintain a safe, structured environment and understand the importance of compliance and best practice. You remain calm and solution‑focused under pressure, while always delivering first‑class, person‑centred support. Strong communication and comprehension skills are essential. About the Role Support participants with their morning and evening routines, personal care, and social engagement. Provide behaviour support aligned with Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs). Document shift progress and complete incident reports as required. Maintain a safe, supportive, and empowering environment at all times. Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or Aged Care (or related). Current First Aid & CPR Certificate. Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts including afternoons + sleep overs & weekends. Valid NDIS Worker Screening Card. Working With Children Check (Blue Card) or Current Police Check. Full rights to work in Australia. We look forward to hearing from you.
