Position Details: Role: Female Support Worker Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Shifts: Core hours 07:30–21:30, plus sleep‑in shifts 21:30–07:30 Why Join Lifeways? They’re chatty, fun-loving, and appreciate support workers who bring energy and positivity. Activities include shopping, dining out, bowling, cinema, theatre, swimming, drama groups, volunteering, and attending church. Support is primarily community‑based, with lone working at times. While personal care is not currently required, this may change depending on health needs.
