About the Role The Child and Family Counsellor (Clarence) will provide community‑based counselling services to children under 12 years, delivering evidence‑based practice and coordinating an in‑reach response to acute settings. The role works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary framework, focusing on health promotion, early identification, and intervention. Eligibility & Qualifications Professionals who fall under the Health Professionals State Award must provide evidence of three years’ clinical experience in their profession to be appointed at Level 2 and above. Key Responsibilities • Deliver child and family counselling services in community settings.• Respond to acute situations as required.• Work within a multidisciplinary team to promote health and early intervention.
