About the Role Reporting to the National JCT Manager, the Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring compliance, profitability, and exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead a dynamic team and drive business growth through strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage and motivate Trainers and Office Staff to deliver outstanding service. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and contractual requirements. Oversee financial reporting and keep the team updated on progress. Identify growth opportunities and lead projects to improve branch performance. Training program coordination and development. Formulating Marketing and Business Development initiatives. Smart and Skilled Financial Caps Management. Coordination of Trainees and Apprentices. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar management role. Background in Vocational Education (VET), retail, or service industries. A dynamic leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage change and drive results. Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach. Experience in sales and achieving targets. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Previous RTO experience is highly advantageous. Highly desirable that the successful application has a strong knowledge of Training Services NSW Smart & Skilled Program (in particular, NSW Traineeship/Apprenticeship program) Just Careers Training is a culturally aware business.
