Executive Assistant to the Deputy Principal - Wellbeing Part-Time Ongoing 0.8 FTE Days Negotiable About the Role : The Executive Assistant to the Deputy Principal Wellbeing is accountable for efficiently and effectively undertaking a range of administrative tasks to support the effective running of student wellbeing within the College. Such tasks include : Developing and maintaining appropriate office administrative and data management systems and controls to maximise effectiveness and efficiency. Managing inbound telephone calls to the Deputy Principal Wellbeing providing outstanding customer service and managing complex customer service queries. Coordinating general staffing matters in consultation with the Deputy Principal Wellbeing. Providing administrative and logistical support including for various Pastoral Care related events and activities such as Harmony Day and Student Executive elections. Compiling data from financial legal and/or administrative sources to meet compliance requirements; and Assisting with student health and wellbeing support as required in accordance with school policies and procedures. About You : A strong background in administrative and clerical support with experience working with senior staff and managing varied responsibilities. A proven ability to thrive in busy fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across diverse groups; and Proficiency with office technology including Google Suite Microsoft Office and database management systems. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2024.
