About the Role This is a hands‑on role where you’ll split your time between being a Kitroom Associate and a Support Driver. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, with weekend work required fortnightly to monthly on a rotating basis. As a Kitroom Associate Assemble and prepare surgical kits to strict quality and sterile handling standards. Monitor inventory, conduct stocktakes, and coordinate replenishment. Maintain SOPs and best practices for safety and quality. Act as a key point of contact for Townsville operations, escalating issues as required. As a Support Driver Assist with overflow deliveries and airfreight collection from the airport. Safely load, unload, and transport medical products. Maintain and present company vehicles to a professional standard. Follow delivery processes, including proof of delivery and chain‑of‑custody requirements. Represent Smartways with professionalism when dealing with healthcare clients. Who We’re Looking For 2–3 years’ warehousing experience plus at least 2 years as a courier/delivery driver. Experience in medical, kitroom, or warehouse environments (preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Exceptional attention to detail, safety‑conscious, and process‑driven.
