About the role As a Sales Representative at Lux Wagyu House, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. This full-time position is based in Maddington, and involves engaging with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate the value of our premium wagyu products will be essential to your success in this dynamic sales role. Experience is not necessary We offer hands‑on training to help you build skills, gain product knowledge, and grow in a supportive environment. Roles and Responsibilities Proactively expand our wholesale network Engage with both existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Analyse market trends and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies Maintain detailed records of sales activities and progress, and provide regular updates to the sales management team Support administrative duties as needed What we're looking for Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills to overcome objections and close sales Familiarity with the local Maddington and surrounding markets, and an understanding of the unique needs of the community Passion for premium food products and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business success Basic computer skills for sales processing Desirables Valid Driver's License Experience in the hospitality or meat industry Fluent in OnePage CRM Willingness to learn about wagyu beef products Willingness to respond to customer inquiries after hours when needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
