You will play a key role in delivering high-quality education and care for children, while working alongside a collaborative team of educators and leaders.**Your responsibilities will include:*** Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering a culture of **collaboration** and **continuous improvement**.* Guide the development, planning, and evaluation of educational programs, ensuring they meet the **Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)** and **National Quality Standards (NQS)**.* Build strong relationships with families, children, and external agencies to enhance the learning environment.**What You’ll Need*** Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or actively working towards).* Current **Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration – ACT**.* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).* Strong communication and teamwork skills.* A passion for supporting children’s learning journeys.**Key Benefits**As a **Full-Time Educator** with Busy Bees, you will have access to:* Laundry allowance.* **Up to 50% childcare discount**.* Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for wellbeing support.* Access to Busy Bees learning platform and professional development opportunities.Our centre is located at Canberra International Airport, with a licensed capacity of **174 children**, making it one of our larger and most vibrant services.
