Develop your leadership skills and make an impact in early childhood education Showcase your educational leadership by creating engaging and nurturing early learning experiences for children. Working in high-quality, well-resourced environments where you lead programming and have a collaborate on resourcing decisions. Build and influence the professional capacity and skills within the network as part of the Centre Leadership Team. Lead the development and implementation of the Curriculum in the centre. Mentoring and support programs, including meetings that provide a professional learning community across our network to learn from and with one another. Join Leadership Councils where you can develop leadership skills, collaborate with other leaders, think innovatively, drive change, and participate in decision-making. Lead the development and implementation of the curriculum, supporting our Educators in delivering exceptional learning programs. Assess children’s learning and development in line with educational outcomes. Set clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice, Contribute to ongoing improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan. To be considered for the role of Educational Leader at Guardian, you must hold tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education approved by ACECQA, and current Teacher’s Accreditation/Registration. Additionally, you should have a thorough understanding of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework. What are my responsibilities as an Educational Leader?
